Brass Wire Mesh

Materials: Brass (H65, H80), Red copper, Phosphor Bronze.

Weaving Pattern: Plain Weave, Twill Weave.

Application: Shielding, metal powder filtration, ceramic printing, the pharmaceutical.

Characteristic: Low brass (80% copper and 20% zinc)is the common brass alloy used in wire cloth. Red brass (65% copper and 15% zinc)is also widely used. Both have good corrosion resistance. Brass material cold works better than red copper. Corrosion resistance and formability are excellent of phosphor bronze, it is suitable for weaving. Mechanical properties fall in between copper and low brass. Besides, the brass mesh we weave between 1-250 mesh, red copper mesh 1-200 mesh, and Phosphor Bronze wire mesh 1-400 mesh.
